First of i use to smoke more weed than all of you teens, and i enjoyed it alot. But the reason most of you smoke weed is because you are influenced to do so buy culture freinds enviornment stress etc. theres no one answer. Fact - weed is more cancerus than cigaretts fact- it does effect your short term memory trust me- fiction you can get physically addicted to weed. Fact - you can get mentally addicted to weed. Fiction- weed makes you luagh. You might be ok for a few years but eventually you start too look burnt out your skin ages quicker you will surly have problems thinking efficently. I just graduated college and didnt quit smoken till my last two semesters. guess what im 33. lol... should have been quit and graduated. dont be stupid and stop trying to be cool and the man. ppl try to help u so u dont make he same mistakes. its our responsibility. |

i think most teenagers do drugs because they dont know any other ways to releive stress. and also because of peer pressure. alot of teens already do smoke which are spreading it throught the us like as if it was a disease. well that is my opinion.

The reason why teenagers smoke weed is because it is fun to get high. Just like it is fun to get drunk, its fun to get high, and usually cheaper, so lots of teens do it to get high.

People smoke marijuana to get high, no other reason. Anyone who has never smoked weed doesn't realize how harmless it really is. No one should have the right to tell anyone what they can or cannot put into their body. If the majority of people would stop listening to the governmental propaganda and read the facts the world would have a different undrstanding of it. Too bad most people are close-minded sheep. |

Because God gave it to us for a reason its a natural thing for us to be attracted to, theres nothing wrong with weed...Anything done in excess isn't good food, tv, running,ect... pretty much anything. But smoking weed responsibly shouldn't be a crime heck there shouldn't even be a law for it or against it who are we to say a PLANT is illegal thats just getting ridiculous. And maybe if people stp telling everyone own this will happen that will happen (you will get lazy, eat alot..ect..) you wouldn't have these things ingrained in your head and we could start making our own decisions on what we will do.

I don't smoke weed...anymore...but I used to...and basically it was because all my friends did it. We were the cool people, no doubt! But it was just recreational use. Today when I see people smoke weed, I understand. They try to be the coolest people. They don't know that they're falling down all over the place with their eyes half closed. LOL, it's really funny. But I do understand how many of these people have something to prove to either themselves or others around them. It's all good. Hopefully, some day they will grow out of it. When that day comes, they too will smile...knowing that they had outgrown their insecurities and have moved on with life.
To all the haters out there, I bet you have many insecurities about your life. Jesus did not hate! He simply pointed the way... to a better life... and left each person the right to choose!! You should follow his example!!!

Wow you're all pretty delusional. I'm 17 and I started smoking weed because I wanted to. not because of stress or peer pressure but because it sounded fun. I do it every so often I get great grades and maintain my job in child-care. I'm also smart enough to stay away from all other drugs because those are the ones that are habit forming and dangerous. Weed is not dangerous or habit forming.

Well im a teen and i started smoking weed when i was in 9th grade. I didnt growup in a bad neighborhood at all, actually a very high class neighborhood, but anyway yes some of u are right it was ciggeretes first that kinda influenced everything else(first cigg was 8th grade)But also weed is so relaxing and if u dont get high on life and are bored it tends to make u smoke i guess? or stress. Also weed is very potent now adays, very potent. Purple, rainbow, red, chocolate, bubble gum u name it u can get it. So basically legalize weed everywhere, y do u think other countries arent in such a bad economic decline? Britain or canada weed is legal and they have alot ebtter healthcare.

I got really into weed really fast. and i wont lie.. its probably the funnest thing ever! at first. about the first forty times i smoked weed i had a blast. But i grew a tolerance pretty quick. I wasn't laughing anymore, i was lazy, paranoid, depressed, and honestly.. i became a jerk. Oh and the worst part.. all i wanted to do was sleep. But for some reason i kept on wanting to smoke? My life got pretty stupid and i wasn't happy. SO. my take on this topic is if your having a blast with friends doing weed then don't stop. BUT. if you arn't happy after you smoke (usually your friends will notice before you) than just stop. or even just take a few month break to kill your tolerance. |
