TEENS DO DRUGS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO FIT IN WITH THE CROWD.THEY WANT TO BE COOL THEY DONT TO BE TEASED ABOUT IT. SO THEY TRY ONE TO PROVE TO A BULLY THAT THEY WASNT SCARED TO DO IT AND GET ADDICTED TO IT AND ITS NOW HARD FOR THEM TO STOP. KIDS ALSO DO DRUGS BECAUSE OF PEER PRESSURE KIDS MIGHT BE LIKE COME ON TRY ITS JUST ONE HIT COME ON IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD AND KIDS FALL FOR IT AMND MANY WIND UP LIVING ON THE STREETS OR IN JAIL. |

i really dont think that there is any real peer pressure to make do drugs its really up to you. i agree society has failed when our kids decide to stsrt doing drugs |

i agree with shaniqua but i think another reasones that kid do drugs is because they think it relieves stress because they here it from there parents so much......... |

teens do drugs because they probably like it to do it and may not not no wat it does to their mind and other health issue but most of all they do it cause every body else around them do it |

all drugs have side effects which make people feel better, and i believe that's is why many teens do do drugs. teenager go though alot which may or may not effect them in harmful way. the pain that they feel makes them do drugs, its the side effects which gets them high etc and messes them in the inside and out. |

teens do drugs mainly because of peer pressure or because ppl around them do it n they dont really think its bad nor think about the consequences. When most of them do it, they get addicted to it, so thats what make them continue and also because of the fact it makes them feel good. |

I THINK THAT TEENS DO DRUGS BECAUSE OF PEER GROUP PRESSURE.THEY THINK THAT IF THEY USE DRUGS THEY CAN GET TO BE LIKE THE OTHERS,BUT AT THE SAME TIME NOT KNOWING THE CONSEQUENCES OF USING DRUGS.

Teens do drugs to get away with all the stress of life. Now a days teens go to school for 35 hours a week plus many have jobs, after school activities, g/f or b/f and ect. They need the artifical relaxer and that is what marijuana is. I feel society as failed if it leads to anything more than that. Ive been smoking marijuana since age 15. I am now 45, i have two kids, a wife, and i own my own construction buissness. So its not like you cant be succesful with regular THC intake. Marijuana does not control you like other drugs, and it is not a gateway drug. Depression is a gateway drug. So talk to your kids before it gets out of hand. If there safe, not getting into trouble, do well in school than whats the matter if they smoke weed with there friends on the weekend? |

this is still a continuation of the last messgae. You cant judge marijuana smokers until you have atleast tried the drug. There is so much yellow prapoganda floating around about the drug that you dont eally know what to believe. You know there has never been a cited death caused by marijuana in US history. Can we say the same thing for alcohol? My point exactly. LEAGLIZE IT!!!!!! |

Drugs will not get you no where. I think teens do drugs because they want to fit in with the crowd. Doing drugs is very stupid and your being ignorant. |

I think teens do drugs because of peer group pressure . They WOULD SAY THAT IF they do the as friends do they would get to be in the gang but at the same time not knowing the consequences of using drugs.Drugs would not put anyone anywhere because all it does to you is to damage your precious life.

Well it's wild because youth are getting draw ed in easy with this drug trend. For some as soon as you try your hooked and for others there is no interst but we would have work together as a society and encourage those who do drugs that drugs are NOT good.. Don't be scared let them know or you can lose a friend...... |
