I think she is right we are kind people we give so much to other countries. We spend billions of dollars on other countries when we could be using it.... here we could built thousands of schools with all the money we've spent andhere in america just one school is like 5 million dollars.... we don't have old rundown schools like other countries. We also could have used that money for the poor or for new recreation centers, pools ect... But no we give it to you guys. And i hate how you guys think we're lazy people who jus sit on there butts doing nothing eating fast food. We are hard workers thats why our countrie is the way it is. |

I agree with Devon. This country was created on the concept of freedom, yet our government charges into other countries shooting. Why? Because they claim that they are hiding nukes. Yet we don't dismantle ours. Why? Because the government thinks that they are the only ones capable of ruling. This is exactly what happened before: Americans claiming that they were 'civilized' and the Indians were not. History is indeed repeating itself. |

Please don't think the people of America all support our government. Half of us voted for Bush based on his first term - and did not imagine how badly he would screw things up with another 4 years. At least half of the half of that half now regret their vote which leaves about 25% of us as complete morons which is a pretty good number IMO.
And don't think for a second that the US is run by Bush. The US and the entire world is ruled by money. Plain and simple. The people with the money (defense, oil, banks, drugs, media) run the people who run all the large governments of the world. People who try to stop this end up dead. It just so happens that there is a LOT of money in the US so the US has a disproportionate amount of world power.
But don't hate the American people for this. Most of us are very kind, humble, peaceful people. It's a very, very big place and the people are quite different from state to state.

They weren't Americans at first - there WAS NO AMERICA then. They were all Europeans!!!
Who are Americans? We're the castaways from Europe! People who got kicked out of Europe, escaped Europe, fled Europe for opportunity!
That's why most Americans don't care about the rest of the world - because our grandparents and great grandparents were the castoffs from the rest of the world.
Americans hated kings then and are learning to hate presidents now.

Hi, I normaly do not write about my feelings about these topics on the net.
America was always hated by the world not only because of our riches like oil,money,military power & Economy . America was mostly hated
because of its real fortunes such as culture, productivity,natural resources & opportunity. Just the world was never in a position to show its true colors at the USA . See in todays age theres availability to communicate through Internet & Satellite technology Etc. Lets face it the world is jealous of the USA , for example up until the USA came about what did the world have to show , WOW they invented the wheel & beer . The USA in 200 + years did more than the world combined in several thousand . For Example we invented the light bulb , airplane & we even put a man on the moon . So lets not criticize our history of this great nation that is a super power that provides aid to the world and a neutral country that is home to the United Nations & the world's financial capitol . If we give up then we as Americans will feel if we gave up on the world . Because with all due respect our history is great . Not because the world or even people in our own country think were bullies or uncivilized people . Because let me tell you something if the world was any better where did all the world wars start , where did the inquisitions happen , where did the genocides take place, And Lets be for real if the USA really wanted Iraq it would not take us years to do so. ( If most countries in the world would have as much power as the USA ) The World Would be an unsafer place .
P.S. ( If the country is so messed up and in bad condition why are there so many candidates running for office ? )

also to add to the subject the main reason that there are so many people runing for office is manily because this coutry is more like a pound of clay with an artis that has any real skill the artis can actually creat a beautiful art work . right now we have a retart messing with a clump of clay he will only make a mess as example the war in iraq. there is no wepons in that area but bush only acts like the pupiet of the congress,the vice president , and the fact that his own father was defeted by binladon back in the golf war . this must end the war is the reason that there is problems in the cummunty and we have so many problems in the U.S.A |

We must not forget the fact that leaders come and gone so also super power nations. These super power nations were vulnerable to mistakes Roman Empire etc. Instead of crucifying the government, it is better to help the government correct its mistakes and find a way forward through Deliberation. We are all leaders in our respective homes and we all make mistakes on a daily basis. USA role in world affairs is understood. Just like you don't allow your kids to contribute to the decision making process, so also the government. Thank God we are not kids. Instead of crucifying the government let us help them. |

All politics is local. When a foreign leader rails against America, be leary of saying "that country hates america!" When a newspaper says "public opinion of America is dropping", be aware of what the headlines in the newspaper were the day before. When America gives $1 billion in aid to a world area in need, be careful to take the criticism (that will come) in stride, for surely giving the money is better than not.
I love America. Americans love America. It is not too much of a stretch us to imagine others feel the same about their homes. The world hates America about as much as America hates the world.

I think the most americans just don't understand that the US foreign policy is forgetting one simple thing. sovereignity of other nations.
The US is acting like the world's policeman since WW II. The world just does not accept this. If there is one thing US Foreign policy lacks , it is respect for other countries.
How can you expect the world to love you if you rage wars against nations just because they don't have the same political structure. For instance Vietnam , if the people of that country want to be communist... let them. Same for the war in Korea. Or the war in Iraq. I'm not protecting Sadam here , He was a second Hitler. He even worshipped Stalin. But it was a political structure that was stable. It was a structure that was been there voor centuries. By the way , I honestly believe people were better off under the rule of Sadam than under foreing military rule now! (Because the new Iraq gouvernment is as independent as the Vicy Regime in France during WWII)
Us should understand it can't rule the world and it can't create polical systems all over the globe without the local people to support it. Political systems are born out of the masses , not from the few.
I don't think people hated the US under the Truman doctrine ( It was a foreign policy , created by President Truman that stated all countries and people should be soevereign ,without any foreign controll)
Or we can say  nly the last 40 years the US is so powerful it can create sattelite states all over the world to protect itself and secure "worldpeace". But should the term worldpeace be read as : Peace for all people or Peace for the american people ? Both interpreations have the same conclusion... US gouvernment should rethink their strategy fast , becaus it isn't working.
